How quickly do you deliver?
We aim for same-day deliveries where we can, but most orders go out within 1–5 business days. We'll email you with a confirmed day after your order is placed.
Do I need to be home?
Not unless you've booked stacking. We can drop it in a driveway or accessible side of the property — just leave any notes on your order.
Can you stack the wood?
Yes — stacking is $40 per cubic metre. Add it as a service on the order page.
What if my postcode isn't listed?
Pick up from the yard, or send us a message — we'll let you know if we can stretch the run for your order.
Is delivery price the same regardless of order size?
Yes — flat-rate within each tier. The only exception is very large orders that need two trips to deliver; if that's the case for your load, we'll contact you before we send anything out and sort it with you.
