When the bin's empty, we come around and top it up. When you're done with it, we pick the bin up. No mess, no stacking, no leftover wood you don't want.

Common questions

What does the moisture content mean?
We test every load with a moisture meter before it leaves the yard. Stock leaves between 6–11% moisture — well under the 12% industry standard for “seasoned” firewood. Lower moisture means easier lighting, hotter burn, less smoke and less creosote in your flue.
What's the difference between single, double and triple split?
Same wood, just split smaller. Single split is our standard chunky size — best for slow burns. Double split is split once more — easier to light, fits smaller fireplaces. Triple split is the smallest — perfect for compact wood heaters or quick-start fires.
Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Yes — pickup from 6 Bramwell Close, Endeavour Hills is available by appointment. Save the delivery fee. Get in touch after ordering and we'll arrange a time.
How fast do you deliver?
We aim for same-day delivery on orders placed early. Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days. We confirm your delivery day by email once your order is in. Peak winter weeks can run a little longer — we'll always tell you upfront.
How does stacking work?
Tick stacking at checkout ($40/m³). When we arrive, we unload and neatly stack your wood at your nominated spot — under cover, by the shed, wherever you want it. No piles to deal with.

Get in touch. We can sometimes arrange longer runs for bulk orders. Otherwise pickup is always an option.
